Caviar

Caviar Beluga Malassol

It is the rarest and most valuable caviar. The beluga comes from the Huso Huso sturgeon, originally from the Black and Caspian seas. It produces a coarse-grained caviar with a color from pearl gray to brown gray and with an extremely buttery and tender consistency. It should be consumed strictly in purity, by the spoon. It takes about 20 years to get this caviar.
